Translating/interpreting for/in grassroots movements and NGOs

I am currently organising a panel on "Translating/interpreting for/in grassroots movements and NGOs", for the 2nd Conference of the International Association for Translation and Intercultural Studies (IATIS), "Intervention in Translation, Interpreting and Intercultural Encounters", University of the Western Cape, South Africa 12th-14th July 2006. I would deeply appreciate it if you could circulate the information within your institution/organisation, and on any other relevant network you would deem appropriate.

Needless to say, you and your colleagues working in the field would be more than welcome to submit paper proposals to this panel.
