My only experience is volunteering on different platforms such as TWB and TED. Apart from the knowledge I gained from volunteering, I gained exposure to many other topics. Through these topics, I can see the terminology requirements of each speciality and find my areas of interest. The only way to improve translation is to read and practice a lot, and volunteering is probably the best way I can find in the current stage.
