Resume:
Being from Brazil, my native language is portuguese. Due to the international market and globalization, it's become more and more common for children here to be put into language courses to learn english from a very young age, which was the case for me. Even though I never finished the language courses due to some monetary complications, at around 11 years old I quickly reached a point where I could learn the language by myself mainly through immersion. Playing games, using foreign internet forums and reading some smaller books in english. After a couple of years, I was reading full novels in english on my kindle with little to no difficulty. Nowadays I read around 25 to 30 books in english every year, since reading fiction, specially fantasy, is one of my favorite pastimes.
Regarding Spanish, I started to learn it in university, since some of the articles my professors told us to read were in Spanish. After some time, I managed to get pretty good at it, even though far from fluent. Because of that, my main focus with the language would be translating from it into either Brazilian Portuguese or English.
Lastly, I've been learning japanese on my spare time since around the middle of 2018. Since it is a very complicated language, taking into account kanji and the different readings, I'm still somewhat of a beginner on it, but I hope to improve with time.
