For the past few years I have been performing translation reguarly in college, as well outside of college in order to practice. I have recieved the highest grade possible (1:1) in all of my modules, both translation and language modules. While I may not have decades of experience, the experience I do have has been very concentrated and has allowed me to grow as a translator at a rapid rate. In terms of past translations, I have translated texts of a large variety, ranging from articles, advetisments to legal texts, and I am very keen to hone these skills that I have acquired with some volunteer translation. This year I also took a module in Computer-aided Translation, and as such feel comfortable that my proof reading capabilities would be up to par as well.
